The extremely delicate
situation in Syria,
where the on-going civil war has consumed over 1,00,000 people and rendered
millions into refugees and internally displaced persons, has created a mounting
fear psychosis in the entire Middle East that a humongous war is in the offing,
especially in the aftermath of the US declaration of intent at military intervention.
While the regime of President Bashar Al
Assad has come under a cloud of accusation of gassing its own people, the “humanitarian
imperialists” who are proactive to ‘teach a lesson’ to the regime also face a credibility-deficit/crisis.
As the US seek to use military force in Syria, its dreadful and despicable
record of duplicitous dealings in matters of war and state terrorism in the
past remind us of the devastating consequences the new war will entail for all
people who are going to be caught up in it. A western war in Syria will only be
putting a match to the tinterbox, engulfing the whole region and the wider Islamic
world and beyond into a quagmire of unimaginable proportions.

The Syrian Situation
With the rise of the Arab Spring, the dictatorial
presidency and government of Syria have been under fire since March 2011,
causing a new wave of fervent cries for democracy instead of dictatorship. President
Bashar Al-Assad’s Political Party and family have ruled the country ever since
the 70s and now, the Syrian civilians are demanding a break from the party and
family rule. They want to choose their own leader and government which is a very
understandable matter. But Bashar Al-Assad is not ready to comply with the
demands of his people which just posed a threat to peace in Syria, thus the
civil war.
The main ally of Syria, Russia has again called on the
international community to ‘prudence’. Attempts to bypass the
Security Council, once again create artificial and unfounded pretexts for
military intervention in the region will have catastrophic consequences for
other countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
At a press conference, the Syrian Minister of Foreign
Affairs Walid Muallim, whose regime
is accused by the opposition and some Western countries to have used chemical
weapons, insisted that his country would defend itself in case of strikes.
According to them, they have two options: either to accept defeat or defend themselves.
And they prefer the second alternative as best: “We will defend ourselves”,
he said.
A War on Shaky
Grounds
But with the coming of the countries either to help
the protestors or be against them, and thus to help the Syrian Government in stopping
this rise of protests, we come to shaky
grounds. To
espouse the dictatorship in place is definitely out of the question, but to go
to the extent of creating an atmosphere of war and a psychosis, a fear which
threatens to engulf the whole world is condemnable.
The United States of
America under the head of its President Barack Hussein Obama and his government
are all set to implement military strikes on Syria. They are striving to justify
their decision taking under their wing the approval of such countries like Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea,
Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Each has a say on the probable
use of chemical weapons by the Syrian Government on its civilians as of 21 August 2013.
“We are ready to go,”
said the U.S. (Defence)
Secretary (Chuck Hagel). He added that the United States would soon submit
evidence of use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime of Bashar Al-Assad.
Yet nothing to this date is proved. Those
who are ready to side with the U.S. are now not sure if the step is right in going
for military actions in Syria. They seem to forget the massacres which have
befell America in terms of money, time and soldiers back in Iraq and
Afghanistan. Indeed that was the Might of Allah speaking on a supposed
Super-Power who had in mind to control the world, especially the Muslim world,
and establish the reign of their false doctrines.
United States as
the Global Policeman
When President Barack Hussein Obama was first reluctant
to intervene in the civil war in Syria, why then he is adamant to come forward
with “military strikes” against Syria. Seeking to defend the citizens of a
country against a harmful government is one thing but surely the U.S. has a
hidden agenda. He uses such arguments as chemical weapons when America itself
used chemical weapons in the past. He advances “reasons” to protect the Syrian
civilians but is it not the body of the U.S.A. that he seeks to protect? Fear
of chemical weapons used by a country is in actuality, but does the U.S. look
at the own precautions it took when reinforcing its own security? It
wishes to disarm other countries while reinforcing its own on the pretext of
peace. When Iran boldly say that it will continue with the production
of its nuclear weapons, this alarmed the western world, for then how could they
“control” the Arab countries, thus Islam(ic countries) if one by one they start
to rise up against the “supremacy” or silent acceptance of the U.S. A. as International
Judge?
State Terrorism by
the USA
Since the year 2001-2002, I
have warned the world against the threat which the U.S.A and its allies pose to
the Muslim World.
They wanted to invade Iraq and Afghanistan so as to mitigate the threat the
latter represented. Be it Saddam Hussein or the Taliban, these were just an
excuse for them to attack. In my sermon of 26 April 2002, I
said:
“… As for the false pretext of “terrorism”, this is pure hypocrisy. The
whole world recognises America (i.e. U.S.A) as the State of Terrorism by
excellence. All those wars and deaths were due to its “military
actions”: The Golf War (2,000,000 deaths),
Vietnam, Panama, Korea, Philippines, Hiroshima (140,000 deaths) and Nagasaki
(70,000 deaths).
This makes America (the U.S.A) THE War Criminal.
Besides, it is the only country in the world which has used nuclear bombs
against others and this happened twice. We cannot also forget the half million
children who died due to embargo imposed on Iraq or the 17,500 civilians killed during the Invasion of Israel in Lebanon in
1982. The massive bombings against
Afghanistan were without any legitimate proof and done without the
authorisation of the United Nations, and this constitutes in itself a clear
example of the Terrorism perpetrated by the U.S.A.
Thus, instead of us (Muslims) being terrorists, we are
verily victims of the Terrorism of the U.S.A in all facets, be it military,
political and economic.
Before such conjecture, it is not permissible for us
to take the defensive or to let us be despaired by the misinformation which the
international media is projecting. It is now clear that the media has joined
forces with the infidels (Kuffar) in a campaign to denigrate and dirty Islam
and the Muslims.
The War against Afghanistan or Palestine or any other
Muslim people IS war against the Ummah as a whole. Thus, we must feel ourselves
as in a state of war against the enemy and its allies. To show our solidarity
for our brothers and sisters, we need to pray for them and show our hatred
against the infidels.
We must condemn also the leaders of the
Muslim World for their indifference and their treachery.
Allah warned us in the Quran:
“And those who disbelieve are allies of one another.
If you do not do so (i.e. Unite as one Body), there will be fitna (chaos) on
earth and great corruption.” (8: 74)
Thus, only the ideological, political and geographic
unity of the (Muslim) Ummah can put an end to all our problems, and give back
the Ummah its honour and instil fear in the heart of the Kuffar (infidels).
… Oh my brothers and sisters I am telling you that the
days are not far when the world shall witness Insha-Allah the destruction of
the hegemony of America (U.S.A) and the other states of the Kuffar, whereby the
Ummah shall make them pay dearly their savage aggression against humanity. The
world, free of the slavery of capitalism shall at that moment witness the
Justice of Islam…”
Ten years
later, on 17 May 2012 during a speech made in the aftermath of Divine
Revelations, I said the following about Syria. The statement as available
on our official website is as thus:
“Syria: Bombings on Syria and
multitudes of deaths. When Syria shall come back to itself (its senses), then
bear in mind that the third world war is behind the door. The third world war
shall be so violent that they (the infidels) shall destroy all the reserves of
petrol of the Muslim Arab countries. They want to finish the riches vouchsafed
by Allah to the Muslims. If the Muslims lose this favour, then it is partly
because of their own faults, because they have given the non-believers priority
and listened to them while ignoring Muslims like themselves and listened to the
infidels to fight against and kill their Muslim brothers.
It is a pity. Do the Muslims
know how many of their own Muslim brothers they have killed through their own
fault (when they listened to the infidels)? Verily, they (the Muslims) have got
all at their disposal: One God (Allah), one same Qibla, the best religion, the
greatest prophet, the best Holy Book. They perform Hajj together, fast together
during the month of Ramadan, and pray alike but then they take away the lives
of their own Muslim brothers and sisters, and they consider some of them
non-Muslims! When
the infidels see this state of affairs, they seize this opportunity to abase
Muslims all the more. …
“You believe or not, you follow me or
not, everybody shall be drowned except those who believe and enter the arch
along with me. The only thing that shall save you is your attachment to Allah
and this Humble servant of Allah in this era.” No Ummah, no Muslim shall
be saved with what is happening except with their reunification under the
leadership of Allah and His Khalifatullah.”
The Prophecy on
Universal War
Verily, the United States of America is playing is
very bad role in the play of life. If it cared for victims of wars, why has it
not sided with the poor victims of Palestine and sprung against the wrongs
perpetrated by Israel upon Palestine? Indeed Israel invaded the territory of
the Palestinians without any right and America (the U.S.) till date did nothing
concrete to do justice to Palestine. Now, it suddenly has a urge to protect the
Syrian Civilians? What about the other
victims of wars and injustice in the other Muslim countries and elsewhere in
the world?
If the President Obama persists in his call for
military actions and if it is implemented, then bear in mind that the universal
bloodshed which both Hazrat
Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) has prophesised and which has been confirmed by
Allah through the advent of this humble self, the Khalifatullah
of this age and the Spiritual Promised Son of the Messiah (as), then the Third
World War is not far. Indeed I see it as near and inevitable, for this
bloodshed shall be an eye-opener for the Muslims to seek their saviour, the
Chosen Man of God of their age.
Thus, Oh my dear brothers and sisters, for now, our brothers
and sisters of Syria needs our help, and the best help we can extend to them is
our prayers to Allah for them. During
these two years, fighting and violence in Syria have caused more than 110,000
deaths. More than 4 million were forced to leave their homes, a quarter of them
are fleeing the country. 8 millions of people need also our support and by
the grace of Allah the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam does not
remain insensible to this cry for help. We sent some necessities to one of our
brothers there so that he may distribute these to others. We must stand for
them. They are of our own blood, the blood of Islam. If they suffer, we suffer
and we need to strive through our financial means and our prayers to Allah that
Allah have mercy upon them and decide what is in their best interest.
And let us not forget also
our other Muslim brothers and sisters from Iraq, Iran, Egypt and Palestine and
the other Muslim countries.
May Allah open the eyes of Saudi Arabia so that it ceases to be “Saudi” and
keep the blood of Islam and Arabia alive in them so that they cease to be traitors
of their own religion! Insha-Allah,
Ameen.
A Prayer against
the Enemies of Islam
The following dua
was revealed to this humble self back in 2002, and it was fervently read during our Safar Zikrullah
in March 2003 for the defeat of
the enemies of Islam and that of the Muslims.
“O
Allah, the Revealer of the (Holy) Book, and the Mover of the clouds and the Defeater of the armies (of infidels), defeat
them, and grant us victory over them. Oh the Almighty! Oh Allah, we plead with
You to scatter their shots. Make the earth tremble under their feet and instill
fear in their hearts. Oh Allah, Handicap them and blind them and send upon them
epidemics and calamities. Oh Allah, divide their troops and their ranks and
make their condition difficult and return back their plots against themselves.
Show us the Manifestation of Your Power against them and make this become a
lesson for others to come. Oh Allah! Make their destruction come quick and make
their riches become spoils (of war) for the Muslims.” Ameen.
May
Allah save the Muslims and Humanity against the evil-minded people. May Allah
render clear the victory of Islam on all fronts, and may the traitors in Islam
wake up from their long drugged sleep and take conscience that when all the
Muslims shall be one, all Muslim countries as one united body, then nobody can
finish off Islam and the Muslims. Insha-Allah.
